Attention! Chainsaw oil use requirements!

Updated:15-08-2022
Nowadays, the usage rate of chain saws in garden machinery is getting higher and higher. We all know that the work of chain saws is inseparable from oil. It needs to use engine oil, gasoline and chain saw chain lubricants. But not all oil products can be used. In order to use the chainsaw better, be sure to use oil as required.

1. Engine oil
The oil of the chain saw can only be used with high-quality two-stroke engine oil to ensure a long service life of the engine. Never use an ordinary four-stroke engine. When using other two-stroke engine oils, the model should be of tc grade quality. Poor quality gasoline or oil can damage the engine, seals, oil passages and fuel tank.

2. Gasoline
Gasoline can only use unleaded gasoline above 90. When adding gasoline, the fuel tank cap and the surrounding area of the fuel filler opening must be cleaned before refueling to prevent debris from entering the fuel tank. The high branch saw should be placed on a flat place with the fuel tank cap facing upwards. Don't let gasoline spill out when refueling, and don't overfill the fuel tank. After refueling, be sure to tighten the fuel tank cap as hard as you can by hand.

3. The mixing ratio of gasoline and oil
The mixing ratio of gasoline and engine oil: 1:50 for two-stroke engine oil used for high branch saw engines, that is, 1 part of engine oil plus 50 parts of gasoline; other engine oils that meet the tc level are 1:25, that is, 1 part of engine oil plus 25 gasoline. The mixing method is to first pour the oil into a fuel tank that allows fuel, then pour the gasoline, and mix it evenly. The gasoline-oil mixture will age, and the general configuration should not exceed one month's use. Special attention should be paid to avoid direct contact between gasoline and skin, and avoid breathing the gas volatile from gasoline.

4. Chain lubricating oil
Use a high-quality chain saw chain lubricant, and keep the lubricant not lower than the oil level to reduce wear on the chain and saw teeth. Since the chain saw lubricant will be completely discharged into the environment, ordinary lubricants are petroleum-based, non-degradable, and will pollute the environment. It is recommended that you use degradable chain saw oil as much as possible. Many developed countries have rigid regulations on this. to avoid environmental pollution.
